#Rfactor 2 crash mod
Some mods are now broken in the sense that car parts or track parts are missing due to GMT formats within the mod as well as some other unknown issues (in particular with Plickbadgers Miata mod). Just been running 29 AI cars around sebring with URD's endurance mod and absolutely smooth as silk, the extra AI having no impact on the fps.
#Rfactor 2 crash install
If you are interested, it requires a new install and they are moving away from ini files to json format. As ISI have asked this not to be 'advertised' I won't link it but will just say it is unstable and I have had a few issues with it.
#Rfactor 2 crash plus
Yeah I need to find out the "MIN steer force" in AC equivalent as I get dead FFB in center with AC as I did with RF2 before finding that awesome guide and setting which is now in game, im sure there is a same setting in AC somewhere, if you happen to play RRE has same kinda setting in controller config file called "steering exponent force" I think, really made RRE playable again for me.Just been testing out the unstable build which includes the 64bit exe and the ability to control the rate of real road, plus a host of other changes. Give me some of that lack of dead zone in Assetto Corsa, if you'll ever get me back there, lol. I've never had FFB feel this good on the G27. I paid them a visit when doing initial set up with the game. Originally posted by Hash:Yeah shoudnt be to far off with that setup, Ive just checked my options and noticed got Shadow blur to "fast" aswell, may be worth trying, I also use Nvidia AA and FXAA instead of the games, may help if AMD got that ability, otherwise might advise posting on ISI forums, you'll find ppl there willing to fine tune ya a lot better, also noticed a AUTO DETAIL FPS setting could try that, it will drop your settings till got good FPS, could make it look terrible though. Is it a bug? Just thought it was worth mentioning. This is clearly an issue, but I don't know where. I have to do this every time I'm done playing rFactor 2. I can't restart Steam because rFactor 2 is "still running." So I have to pull up task manager and force Steam closed by ending the process.

So I have to restart Steam to solve the problem. If I want to play rFactor 2 again, I can't because I'm already running it according to Steam.

It continues to say I'm running rFactor 2. What on earth.ĪNYWAYS, the issue I'm actually reporting about is that when I close out of rFactor 2 and close the launcher, the information that I've stopped playing does not get relayed to my Steam client. I can get a consistent 60 fps on Assetto Corsa, but rFactor 2 sticks around the 40 fps region with a periodical choke. So my rFactor 2 experience has been half of sheer amazement with how advanced the engine is and half of mild annoyances with the commonly known crashes and how the game performs relative to more demanding ones I frequently play.
